Lance joined the WSS as its beginning in 2013 and currently serves as the Associate Director and program lead for all Basketball, Baseball and Fastpitch programs. Lance grew up in Blaine, Minnesota where he grew up playing a variety of different sports including Football and Baseball. After graduating from St. Cloud University with his degree in Sports Management Lance worked for the WSS sister company (Minnesota Youth Athletic Services) for 3 years prior to taking on the role of the Associate Director. When Lance is not working you can either find him at a local softball field or fishing.
Pat joined WSS in August 2017. He attended Jefferson High School, before going on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and his Master's degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois. Prior to being hired by the WSS, Pat was an external tournament director, as well as an Intern for WSS. He was also an intern for Octagon Baseball, the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and has coached for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy. Pat grew up playing a number of sports and was a member of the baseball team at UW-Parkside, where he received an athletic scholarship. When Pat isn't working he enjoys golfing and attending professional and collegiate sporting events.
Chelsey joined WSS as the Fastpitch Director in December 2018. Prior to coming to WSS, Chelsey graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching. During her time at Winona State, Chelsey played for the nationally recognized NCAA DII softball team and served as a liaison for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Following her playing days, Chelsey was hired as a travel softball program director where she was in charge of organizing, communicating, creating events, and training over 150 athletes. When Chelsey isn't working she enjoys working out, attending collegiate sporting events, concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Adam grew up in Blaine, MN playing Football and Baseball while attending Blaine High School. After graduating from St. Cloud University with his degree in Sports Management, Adam served as a Program Director at the Minnesota Youth Athletic Services primarily working in the sport of Baseball. Adam currently serves as the Sports Information Director for the WSS, MYAS and Trusted Coaches and Trusted Officials Program. When Adam is not working you can usually find him hitting sweet bombs on the softball field or looking for his golf balls at a local course in the Madison area.
