The second Badgerland Super Saver this last weekend in La Crosse at the Mathy Center was another great success for all involved.  The teams showed up ready to play, the officials were in their stripes and the popcorn was hot and ready for the tournament tip-off.  The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from all parties regarding all aspects of these great Super Saver events.

We would like to thank the Boys and Girls Club of La Crosse for all their cooperation and hard work to make this event a reality.  As with every WSS event, we partner with local youth sports organizations that utilize the event as a fundraiser for their programs by supplying the volunteer workforce.  The Boys and Girls Club is a preferred Host group in the La Crosse area with their ability to provide officials for the event and supply a first-rate volunteer staff.

Two individuals from the B&G Club deserve some extra credit, Nick Bernhardt as acting Host Coordinator and AJ Halverson as Officials Assignor.  The WSS would thank to thank both Nick and AJ for all their hard work and dedication.

6th Grade Girls - Lady Gambles (Mpls, MN)
